Your rent at Pin Oak Village is based on your income. All income from wages, Social Security, cash assistance, etc. for each family member over 18 is used to calculate your rent. Approximately 30% of this income will be your rental amount. There are certain income limits that do apply, based on the size of your family. If you are at the high end of our income limit guideline, your rent will cap at our fair market amount. This amount varies with the size of our apartments, but you will never pay more than the market rate for the apartment size you qualify for. There are things that may reduce this amount, such as child and/or handicap allowances and utility allowances. There are also Occupancy Standards we follow:

One Bedroom: 1 - 2 persons
Two Bedroom: 2 - 4 persons
Three Bedroom: 3 - 6 persons
