Pin Oak Village consists of 100 units, with 94 of those being HUD subsidized. 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments are available. Our one bedroom units are very cozy, offering 562 sq. ft. of living space. These are located on the 1st or 2nd floor. The two bedroom apartments offer 620 sq. ft., also located on the 1st or 2nd floor. Our 3 bedroom apartments are set up as upstairs / downstairs townhouses, offering you 1300 sq. ft. of space with a patio. Our kitchens are furnished with a range, refrigerator and garbage disposal. All of our apartments have plenty of closet space with ample room for storage.

Pin Oak Village Apartments is nestled in some of the prettiest countryside to be found in this area. The driveway to our complex is located on the popular and much traveled Route 257 at the top of the Seneca Hill, just minutes out side of Oil City. But when you enter the "Village", you will find the enjoyment of country living, with all the conveniences of the city.

The Seneca/Cranberry area has been growing in leaps and bounds over the past several years. Pin Oak Village is in an ideal location, with easy access in all directions to local job opportunities in Seneca, Cranberry & Oil City.

Just minutes from Pin Oak Village, you will find the shopping opportunities of the Cranberry Mall, the WalMart Superstore/Staples plaza and strip malls featuring Radio Shack, Fashion Bug and the Dollar Tree. If you are a young couple just starting out, Pin Oak is a great place to live while you save the money to buy your own home. If you are just moving out on your own and are looking for your first apartment, we will help you make this transition. If you are a senior citizen and realize that you now need a smaller home with fewer expenses, we can offer you a safe and affordable apartment.
