We are working very hard to make Pin Oak Village a drug free neighborhood, therefore making our complex a much safer place to live. We want to make sure that people do not use rental units for illegal activity. To that end, we have a thorough screening process.

You will be given a copy of our screening criteria along with your application. Please review this list carefully. If you feel you meet the criteria, then please apply.

If, after the processing of your application, you are accepted for residency at Pin Oak, you will have the peace of mind knowing that present tenants have been and prospective tenants will continue to be screened with equal care.

We have also implemented a Community Crime Watch at Pin Oak Village. All suspicious activity will be immediately reported to the Pennsylvania State Police. Management works closely with the members of our Crime Watch, and all lease violations are quickly dealt with in the appropriate manner. You will be given further details upon acceptance of your application.
